42023EN - Damaged package: what to do? 🚚📦
If the shipment arrives damaged, you must inspect the package at the time of receipt and immediately file a claim with the carrier. Subsequently, within 24 hours, you should contact us so that we can formalize the claim with the transport company.

- Take the following photographs of the package:
- Front
- Back
- Diagonal
- Details of the damages
