65023 - What to do in case of theft? 👮🏻‍♀️👮🏾‍♂️👮🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately, these cases happen more often than we think. No protection is sufficient to prevent theft.

If, unfortunately, your Legend eBike is stolen, we appreciate it if you follow these steps:

1. File a report with the police.
2. Send us a copy of the report and the invoice number to proceed with deregistering this unit from the MAHLE system. This way, it cannot be synchronized, and its smart functions cannot be used. It also won't have access to the platform.
3. The geolocation of the unit only works temporarily at the time of synchronization with a mobile device. It does not allow us to see its real-time location.
