Returns on Amazon and other Marketplaces
For Amazon and other Marketplace customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
To return a product purchased through a Marketplace, log in to your Marketplace account where you bought the product and click on "Return Products" to initiate the return request process.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and with the original packaging. Therefore, new products must be returned as new, unused, and complete.
At Legend eBikes, we also offer our customers the option to return used electric bicycles as long as they meet the following conditions:
- Not to have traveled more than 50 km.
- Not have any damages, dents, marks, or physical imperfections.
- Return it in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were shipped, with all the accessories and documentation included in the package.
As a general rule, the shipping and return handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, for returns from customers outside of Spain, Legend eBikes will cover all return expenses.
To manage the return, please follow these steps:
- Provide detailed information so that we can process your request: explain the reasons for the return, the condition of the product you wish to return, and whether you still have the original packaging and all accessories.
- Confirm the address, phone number, and preferred schedule for product pickup.
- Pack the bicycle in the original packaging, with all accessories and proper protections. Bicycle transport is delicate, and damage can occur during transportation. This is very important to ensure that the bicycle is returned to the warehouse in good condition.
- Once the bicycle is packed, let us know so that we can arrange for a carrier to pick up the bicycle at the address and time most convenient for you.
We also recommend taking photos of the bicycle and packaging and sending them to us through the marketplace before handing the package to the carrier. In case of damage, we can file a claim against them.
Once the condition of the merchandise is verified, the refund for the item's amount will be processed.
In the case of returning the product in a non-original condition (dents, marks, physical damage, or missing accessories), we may apply a depreciation of the product's value equivalent to the refurbishment costs required.

- €60 discount for missing charger
- €50 discount for missing manuals and documentation
Damage caused by inadequate protection will also be assessed.
