Return Conditions

To request a refund or replacement, the customer must contact us through one of the available channels:

You can return your order by exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 natural days, provided that the products have not been used, are in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

As a result of withdrawal, once the condition of the merchandise is verified, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, no later than 14 natural days from the return date.

The refund will be made by bank transfer or another payment method agreed upon with the customer.


Special Conditions for the Return of eBikes with a 30-day and 50 km trial period

"We guarantee you an extensive test ride with our e-bikes. If you are not sure whether an ebike is for you, we give you the chance to do a detailed test. We give you 30 days and 50 kilometers to do an extensive everyday test. Use it on the way to work or for a nice bike ride, it's up to you! If the eBike doesn't suit you, no problem! We'll pick it up for free, of course."


You can return your eBike by exercising your right to a refund or replacement of the product at no cost within a maximum period of 30 natural days, provided that the returned product:


  • Has been purchased through our website.
  • Has not traveled more than 50 km.
  • Does not have dents, marks, or physical damage.
  • Has been returned in its original packaging in the same condition as it was sent, with all the accessories and documentation that the package contained.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact Legend eBikes within the following 30 natural days after the product's delivery through:



We will assist you in preparing the product return and coordinating with the carrier. We will send you the transportation agency.

Return Process

To manage the return, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide detailed information so that we can process your request: Explain the reasons for the return, the condition of the product, and whether you retain the original packaging and all accessories.
  2. Confirm the delivery address, phone number, and preferred schedule for product pickup.
  3. Pack the bike in the original packaging, with all accessories and proper protections. Bike transportation is very delicate and can be damaged during transport. This is crucial as it ensures that the bike is returned to the warehouse in good condition.
  4. Once the bike is packed, inform us so that we can send a carrier to pick up the bike at the address and time most convenient for you.

We also recommend taking photos of the bike and packaging and sending them to us before handing the package to the carrier. This way, in case of damage, we can claim it to the carrier.

Refund

Once the condition of the merchandise is verified, the item's amount will be refunded.

In the case of returning the product in a non-original condition (dents, marks, physical damage, or missing accessories), we may make a depreciation of the product's value equivalent to the necessary reconditioning expenses.

  • €100 discount for lack of keys
  • €60 discount for lack of charger
  • €50 discount for lack of manuals and documentation

Damages caused by inadequate protection will be valued.
