You can initiate a warranty claim by using the contact form on our website or by sending an email to:
Please include:
- Purchase invoice
- Serial number of your bike
- Brief description of the issue
- Illustrative images or videos
We typically respond within 24 hours, but there may be occasions when the response takes up to 72 hours.
If you submit an inquiry over the weekend or on a national holiday*, we will respond as soon as possible within our regular office hours, on the next business day.
